Intact corner example of a typical inter-war Bungalow style brick cottage built c1925, characteristic of a form of residential development that occurred on the subdivision of former grant estates in the Gladesville area. Marseilles pattern terracotta tiled hipped roof extending over verandah and gable over bay fronts. The pair of front facades address both Earnshaw and Venus Streets. Contrasting dichromatic face brickwork. Timber joinery in verandah. Hood over window in bays. Front garden with early low brick wall. Remained in the Abdullah family, early immigrants, from 1925 to 1990s.
