James Wyatt Collison, carpenter of Hunters Hill, purchased Lot 13 of Section 1 from Francis Abigail in 1884. Sands Directory of 1888 listed Collison in Ryde Road. This timber house was sold in 1912 to William Stocker, collector, who lived at 16 Figtree Road, and was transmitted to his widow in 1923.
