This land, Lots 2 and 3 of the Valentia Subdivision, was owned by H.M. Pike and E.H. Denham (or Dinham), engraver, in 1884. By 1913, John Richard Pulver was lisled in Sands Directory in Kanimbla and in 1915 the Rate Book valued the property, owned by Pulver, at £1600.
