Workman’s timber cottage built c1890s. Represents the simple vernacular modest timber cottages that were once relatively common in the municipality but are now rare. Timber cottage, transverse gable, simple symmetrical street façade with separate posted verandah. Sands Directory records Robert Gibson as being resident in 1894 then Mrs Gibson from 1932.
