Although much modified and having had substantial additions, this Federation-era house built c1909, is in a prominent position on Toocooya Road. It is one of a group of houses, including 7, 10 and 11 Toocooya Road, that demonstrate the development of the subdivision of the former Cuneo’s Paddock by Ruby Windeyer in the early 20th century.
