Angelo Tomaghi bought this land from Didier Joubert in 1881 and sold it in the same year to Jane Eliza Roberts, widow, who kept the land until 1899 when it was sold to Frederick Campbell, school teacher of Hunters Hill, who subdivided it. This house is timber, with sandstone fireplaces.
