Early 20th century home said to have been built by Henry Budden c1905. Built largely on land, formerly foreshore reserve, granted following the Robertson Land Act. Large Arts & Crafts influenced Federation Bungalow, the roof of which is relatively prominent in views from the waterways. A rare survivor of Woolwich foreshore of early 1900s in a setting of gardens to the water. Painted brick with exterior details and lines unaltered.
