Inter-war Georgian Revival style. Demonstrates the ongoing infill development along Woolwich Road as re-subdivisions occurred in this period and bungalow influenced houses were built. A modest symmetrical cottage built c1924, set well back from the road, as are Nos. 27 and 29. Arched entrance with small gable. Important item within the diversity of Woolwich Road buildings.
