21 Huntleys Point Road

Early 20th century brick bungalow, modified with upper level addition, re-roofed, decorative trim changes. Considerably altered example of a cottage built following the subdivision of the Hunter–Baillie Estate (1904) at Huntleys Point, most of which was obliterated with the construction of the Gladesville Bridge. Typical of the scale and presentation of its waterfront houses.
