Rate Book 1912: possibly two cottages owned by William J. Fesq £800. The house demonstrates late 19th/early 20th century development of tenanted houses built by the Fesq family of ‘Verdelais’ (9 Hunter Street Woolwich) and tenanted up until 1920. Similar to 3 The Point Road which appears to be contemporary. Substantial double-fronted Federation house. Bracketed gable/purlins, projecting gable tracery work and broken pitch return verandah. Corbelled chimneys.
